THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Business and Professional Women's Clubs of Ontario urge the Government of Ontario to amend legislation regulating employer-sponsored plans to:
(1) require employers to provide better protection against inflation for pensions.
(2) allow employers to contribute to an employee's non-commutable R.R.S.P. or to the proposed registered pension account, in order to help make pension assets truly portable, and
(3) assure that pension benefits be "vested" without age restriction after no more than two years on the job.
