BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Provincial Organization make representations to the Attorney-General of Ontario urging:
1.That the Federal Juvenile Delinquents Act be proclaimed for the entire Province of Ontario.
2.That Juvenile and Family Courts be established as necessary to implement Resolution 1.
3.That the age for females as provided for under the Juvenile Delinquents Act be realised in the Province of Ontario from "under 16 years" to "under 18 years".
4.That the Ontario Government assume financial responsibility for all Juvenile and Family Courts and their officials and services including Detention Homes in the Province of Ontario.
