BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Toronto Business and Professional Women's Club urge the Provincial Organization to again petition the Government of Ontario to:
1. Have the Federal Juvenile Delinquents Act proclaimed for the entire province
2. Raise the upper limits of age for juveniles to whom this federal act applies in the province from 16 years to 18 years of age
3. Establish Juvenile and Family Courts in the areas of the Province that still lack them
4. Assume the entire costs of administration and services, including Detention Homes, of Juveniles and Family Courts in the Province.
